Great Schools Start With Great People.

Our Service

Refine Education is a specialist education recruitment agency working with Primary, Secondary, and SEND schools to place Teaching Assistants, SEND Teaching Assistants, Teachers, and Cover Supervisors. Our team brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in education recruitment — and we've built this agency on doing things differently from the start.

Finding the right person for your school — or the right school for your career — should never feel like a gamble. We think recruitment done properly looks different: slower where it needs to be, honest even when it's uncomfortable, and always focused on the right fit over the fastest placement.

Whether you're a school looking for reliable, high-quality staff or an educator looking for your next opportunity, we're here to make the process straightforward and stress-free. Every candidate we work with is fully vetted and DBS checked — because safeguarding isn't a box we tick, it's the foundation we build on. No quotas. No pressure. Just recruitment built on integrity.
